Tax Resolution
Services We Offer

Every tax problem is unique. We provide personalized strategies across the full spectrum of IRS resolution options — giving you the best possible outcome for your specific situation.

📄
Offer in Compromise
Potentially settle your IRS debt for less than the full amount owed. We evaluate your eligibility and prepare the strongest possible offer based on your financial situation.
📅
Installment Agreements
Negotiate a manageable, structured payment plan with the IRS. We work to secure terms that reflect your actual ability to pay — not what the IRS initially demands.
⏸️
Currently Not Collectible
If you truly cannot afford to pay, we can have your account placed in a hardship status, temporarily halting IRS collection activity while you stabilize.
🏦
Levy & Lien Release
Immediate intervention to stop wage garnishments, bank levies, and federal tax liens that threaten your income, assets, and credit standing.
📊
Penalty Abatement
In many cases, IRS penalties can be reduced or removed entirely. We identify and pursue all available abatement options, including First-Time Penalty Abatement.
⚖️
IRS Appeals Representation
If you disagree with an IRS determination, you have the right to appeal. As a former Appeals Officer, I know exactly how to build a compelling case for the best outcome.
📁
Unfiled Returns
We bring your tax history into compliance by preparing and filing past-due returns, minimizing the penalties you owe and getting you back in good standing.
🔍
Audit Representation
Facing an IRS audit is stressful and high-stakes. We represent you throughout the audit process so you never have to face the IRS alone.
🏢
State Tax Resolution
IRS issues often have a state tax component. We also assist with resolving state tax debts, ensuring a complete resolution across all tax agencies.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an Enrolled Agent and why does it matter? +
An Enrolled Agent (EA) is a federally authorized tax practitioner who has demonstrated technical expertise in the field of taxation. EAs are the only tax professionals licensed directly by the U.S. Treasury Department, giving them unlimited representation rights before the IRS — including audits, collections, and appeals. Unlike CPAs or attorneys who may handle tax issues as part of a broader practice, EAs focus exclusively on tax matters.
Do I qualify for an Offer in Compromise? +
An Offer in Compromise allows you to settle your tax debt for less than the full amount owed. The IRS evaluates your ability to pay based on income, expenses, assets, and equity. Not everyone qualifies, and many taxpayers who attempt OICs without representation are rejected due to improper submission. We conduct a thorough evaluation before recommending this option — and if you don't qualify, we identify the best alternative path.
Can you stop an IRS levy or garnishment quickly? +
In many cases, yes. Once we are engaged as your authorized representative, the IRS must communicate with us directly — giving us leverage to immediately begin pursuing a levy release. We can often stop a wage garnishment or bank levy quickly by establishing communication with the IRS and demonstrating that a resolution is in progress.
I haven't filed taxes in several years. Can you help? +
Absolutely. Unfiled returns are one of the most common issues we resolve. The IRS is generally more willing to work with taxpayers who come into compliance voluntarily versus waiting to be caught. We prepare and file all outstanding returns, minimize your penalty exposure where possible, and establish a resolution plan for any resulting balance.
What does representation cost? +
Our fees vary based on the complexity of your case and the services required. We are transparent about costs from the outset — there are no hidden fees or surprise charges. Many clients find that professional representation saves them far more than it costs by securing better outcomes than they could achieve on their own. Your initial consultation is always free.
